Groundskeeper

, is an industry leader and successful property management company located in the Midwest and we are looking for an experienced Groundskeeper for Kona Villa in Owosso, MI.
This is a part time position.
MHM is an Owner/Operator of more than 95% of our portfolio! We are consistently growing and offer potential for advancement.
Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property including exteriors (trimming, edging and weed removal) common areas, parking lots and property surrounding the buildings.
Snow removal, litter pick up and side walk cleaning are required.
Some interior common area cleaning duties may arise.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Candidates with at least 1-year prior experience with grounds maintenance will be given preference.
