JOB SUMMARY
Develop and maintain the overall server and storage IT infrastructure. This individual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning and implementation. This position will gain organizational commitment for all infrastructure plans, and initiate and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods for implementing these plans.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or related fields) required with emphasis in Electronic Engineering and Healthcare.Microsoft, VMWare, Dell, Brocade and/or other applicable certifications preferred.
TRAINING &
Experience: Five (5) years work experience and demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems, storage area networks and virtual environments. Healthcare experience preferred.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must be able to communicate effectively, coordinate multiple duties simultaneously, be able to independently solve Information Service related issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

VMware Administrator that also has some level of proficiency with EMC and/or PureStorage Storage Area Network (SAN).

Proficient with Brocade Fiber Channel Storage Area Networks.

Candidates should be highly skilled in Active Directory including working with login scripts, GPO and GPP creation.

The candidate should be able to set up new domain controllers and be able to troubleshoot at a highly skilled level.

Virtual server environment is primarily built on Dell architecture, so hands-on experience installing, provisioning and troubleshooting Dell Blade servers is highly desirable.

Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.

Primary point of contact for server systems.

Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure

Demonstrates knowledge of and supports hospital and departmental mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality statements, corporate compliance plan, customer service standards, and the code of ethical behavior.

Performs all other related duties as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
