Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct the orientation program for new employees ensuring all documentation is completed and in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Plan and conduct ongoing educational programs for development and improvement of the nursing skills of personnel.
- Other management responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of training techniques.
- Experience in training and able to develop a training program.
-Must have good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work with people using understanding, patience and tact.
