Job DescriptionA Construction Management Project Estimator is responsible for completing the following duties:
Take potential bulk material handling opportunities, and work to develop solutions and equipment lists for customers, review customer needs and bidding documents, and from this create project specifications and a complete bid packages Prepare all Quotes and Spec Sheets Review bid documents and specifications submitted by customer Create and submit required specifications and estimate project costs Create complete and detailed bid package including all steel fabrication, freight, concrete and millwork on site, and coordination of pricing for any vendor supplied items Other duties as assigned Qualifications Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to influence others and build strong relationships Superb organizational skills, with the ability to successfully work on multiple tasks at a time Mechanical aptitude, with above average math skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations Basic understanding of:
