Job Description:
Forklift Operator will be required to:
Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines.
Lubricate equipment.
Lift raw materials and finished products.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Dump materials into machine hoppers.
Job does require maintenance and general understanding of the forklift.
The successful candidate must;
Be able to stand and sit for long periods.
Have good sense of balance, and be able to follow precise instructions.
Have documenting skills, be able to handle light and heavy lifting with ease, have knowledge of all safety measures needed for that work, be able to judge distance, have good eye-hand-foot coordination, be physically fit and have knowledge of warehouse inventory.
Must have High School Diploma, valid Driver's License, be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam and be able to lift more than 50lbs on occasion.
